The brief

Global standards, local crew.

When a travelling congress lands in a new city, the organising team inherits a local-vendor problem: the photography has to match what their sponsors and faculty saw at previous editions, delivered on the same show-daily rhythm, by a crew they have never worked with. That is the gap we were hired to close.

Coverage elementHow it ran
Ceremonies & plenariesOpening ceremony to closing plenary, covered end-to-end
Faculty portraitsSpeaker and faculty portraits
Sponsor deliverablesSponsor deliverables produced alongside the programme coverage
Show dailiesEdited selections delivered against the congress's daily publishing deadlines
