Because both come from one 10-person in-house crew, stage positions are agreed once, cameras never appear in each other's shots, and one producer answers your WhatsApp on the day. How much does event videography cost in Singapore?
Filming is quoted per booking by hours and crew; an edited 3–5 minute highlight film is published from S$1,800 nett, and a same-day edit screened before the event closes adds S$800–1,500. Extensions past the booked hours are S$180 per additional hour for a videographer. All figures are nett, no GST added. What is the difference between event videography and corporate video production?
Event videography captures your event as it happens — keynotes, panels, audience energy — and is priced by coverage day. Corporate video production is a scripted, planned production such as a brand film. We do both, but this page is the on-the-day service; see our corporate video page for productions.
Can we get the highlight video on the same day?
Yes. A same-day highlight cut is edited on site and screened before the close of the event or sent for your social channels that evening, as an add-on of S$800–1,500 depending on length and how many cameras fed it. It is the most-booked add-on for conferences and gala dinners.
Can the same crew shoot photography and video?
Yes — that is how most clients book us. One in-house crew covers stills and video together, so stage positions are agreed once, timings are shared, and you deal with one vendor, one run sheet and one deadline.
Do you film government and statutory board events?
Regularly. We are GeBIZ-registered (UEN 53232305W) with 29 government contracts awarded since 2013, and our crews are experienced with protocol events, ministerial visits and same-day publishing requirements.
Do you record full sessions or stream them?
Yes. Full-session recording, multi-camera switching and live streaming to remote audiences are quoted per programme, and the same crew can produce the highlight film from the recorded feeds so nothing is filmed twice.
Which venues do you film in most often?
Marina Bay Sands and Sands Expo, Suntec Singapore, Singapore EXPO and the major hotel ballrooms. Power, audio feeds from the house desk and camera positions are agreed with the venue before the day.

Organising from outside Singapore? No team on the ground, a venue you cannot walk before the day, time-zone delivery — how we work with overseas organisers and exhibitors.
Aerial add-on: Drone footage may be available for your film through a subcontracted partner operator holding a valid CAAS Unmanned Aircraft Operator Permit and third-party liability insurance, with flying carried out by a pilot holding an Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL). RS Photography plans the shots with you and edits the footage into your film. Flights are subject to the required CAAS activity permit and other site-specific approvals being obtained, venue permission, weather and safe operating conditions. Some venues and areas prohibit flights, and availability is not guaranteed. Mention aerial footage early in your brief to allow time for permit applications. Quoted per booking.
