The thing that ruins an office headshot day is people waiting. We run from a time-slotted list — roughly ten minutes each — so your team comes down, sits, and goes back to work. We set up a plain backdrop and professional lighting in a meeting room or a corner of the event floor, and we keep that same setup on file so a later session still matches the first one.

A headshot station runs well alongside a conference programme: delegates get a professional portrait between sessions, and organisers get an attendee benefit that costs no programme time. How much do corporate headshots cost in Singapore?
Headshot sessions start from S$600 nett. A half or full day on site covers a team; the rate depends on hours and crew, not on how many faces walk through. All our prices are nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
Do you come to our office or our conference?
Both — we bring the backdrop and lighting to you — an office meeting room, or a headshot station running alongside a conference programme so delegates can sit for a portrait between sessions.
How long does each person take?
Around ten minutes per person on a booked schedule, which is what keeps a station moving at a busy event. We work from a running list so people arrive at a time rather than queueing.
What do we get, and how fast?
An edited high-resolution portrait for each person, delivered digitally. Standard turnaround is 48 hours; with EXPRESS 24™ first edited selects come back within the hour and the full set within 24 hours — useful when the portraits are for a programme booklet or a launch that same week.
Can you match the look across everyone, including people photographed later?
Yes. We keep the backdrop, lighting and crop consistent, so someone photographed at a follow-up session still matches the team page. For organisations that add staff through the year we run repeat sessions on the same setup.
