How it runs
A booked schedule, not a queue.
The thing that ruins an office headshot day is people waiting. We run from a time-slotted list — about 7–8 minutes each, or about 50 people per station in a full day, allowing for set-up and breaks — so your team comes down, sits, and goes back to work. We set up a plain backdrop and professional lighting in a meeting room or a corner of the event floor, and we keep that same setup on file so a later session still matches the first one.

Most teams need the same portrait in several places. We plan the session around where the photos will be used, so one sitting covers all of them.

- Half day on site (up to 4 hours): S$680 nett. Up to about 25 headshots at 7–8 minutes each after set-up, or fewer headshots plus a team photo and a short office set.
- Full day on site (up to 8 hours): S$1,200 nett. About 50 headshots on a running list, allowing for set-up and breaks, or a mixed shoot across departments.
- Two stations for a large team. A second photographer is S$680 (half day) or S$1,100 (full day); a second backdrop-and-lighting set is confirmed in the quote.
Sessions starting at or after 6pm, or on weekends and public holidays, add S$100 (half day) or S$200 (full day). All prices are nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. Send us your headcount and date and we will confirm the schedule.

How long does each person take?
About 7–8 minutes per person on a booked schedule, about 50 people per station in a full day, allowing for set-up and breaks, which is what keeps a station moving at a busy event. We work from a running list so people arrive at a time rather than queueing.
What do we get, and how fast?
An edited high-resolution portrait for each person, delivered digitally. Standard turnaround is 48 hours; with EXPRESS 24™ first edited selects come back within the hour and the full set within 24 hours — useful when the portraits are for a programme booklet or a launch that same week.
Can you match the look across everyone, including people photographed later?
Yes. We keep the backdrop, lighting and crop consistent, so someone photographed at a follow-up session still matches the team page. For organisations that add staff through the year we run repeat sessions on the same setup.
Can you run a headshot station at our conference?
Yes. One photographer runs the station with backdrop and professional lighting while the rest of the crew covers your programme, so delegates get a portrait without leaving the event.
Are the headshots suitable for LinkedIn and staff ID cards?
