Our dinner ends at 11pm. When do we get photos?
On EXPRESS 24™, edited selects reach you the same night for morning-after posts, and the complete gallery lands within 24 hours. Standard delivery is 48 hours.
Can you handle a 200-person group photo?
Yes — with a plan, a riser recommendation and a photographer who directs politely but fast. Three minutes, not twenty.
Do you provide photo booths too?
Yes, in-house — standard, GIF and branded instant-print stations, staffed by our own booth specialist rather than a subcontractor.
How much does dinner and dance photography cost?
Evening coverage starts from S$600 nett for one photographer over four to five hours. Larger dinners with a full stage programme are usually better served by two photographers. Quotes are fixed and nett — we are not GST-registered.
How early should we book a November or December dinner?
Book by September. Mid-November to the week before Christmas is Singapore's peak dinner-and-dance season and the experienced ballroom crews commit early. Six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable for the rest of the year.
Can you cover award and long-service presentations?
Yes — award nights are core work. We shoot presentations to the handshake-and-camera beat so every recipient has a usable frame, and we brief from your run sheet so no name on the list is missed.
