Conference photography in Singapore, crewed room by room.
Multi-track programmes are a staffing problem before they are a photography problem. We size the crew to your run sheet — a photographer per concurrent room, plus a roamer — and put edited selects in your comms team's hands while delegates are still in the room.

Coverage
Every part of the programme, on one run sheet.
A conference is not one room. Our conference photographers split across plenary, breakout tracks and the exhibition floor, and a roamer works registration, tea breaks and sponsor booths — the frames organisers actually owe their stakeholders. Stage sets, VIP walkabouts, panel reactions, delegate networking and speaker headshots on the floor are all part of the standard brief.
| Programme shape | Crew plan | Published pricing |
|---|---|---|
| Single-track seminar | 1 photographer | From S$600 nett (short assignment) |

All quotes are nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. Crew-sizing logic in full: how many photographers does a conference need?
Why organisers book us
Built for multi-room, deadline-driven events.
A 10-strong in-house crew means concurrent rooms are covered without subcontracting, and 2,000+ assignments a year keep the crew match-fit between your editions. Conference organisers use our event photography and event videography as one booking; exhibitions and trade shows run through exhibition coverage; hybrid programmes add live streaming from the same production desk. If your event sits inside a larger show cycle, see our MICE event media page.
FAQ
Conference photography, answered.
How much does conference photography cost in Singapore?
A short single-photographer assignment starts from S$600 nett and a full day with a crew from S$1,180 nett. Multi-room conferences are quoted per crew plan — one photographer per concurrent room plus a roamer — and every quote is fixed, nett and delivered within one business day.
How many photographers does a conference need?
Our rule of thumb: one photographer per concurrent room, plus a roamer for networking, exhibition tables and candids. A single-track seminar runs on one; a plenary with three breakouts needs four. We size the crew from your programme, not a package.
Can we publish photos while the conference is still running?
Yes. With EXPRESS 24™, first edited selects reach your comms team within the hour, on site, and the full gallery lands within 24 hours. Standard delivery is 48 hours — fast enough for a post-event wrap, but same-day is what conference sponsors actually notice.
Do you cover breakout rooms and workshops, not just the main stage?
Yes — breakouts are where a crew plan matters. Rooms run simultaneously, so we assign photographers per track and coordinate on one run sheet, with a roamer covering corridors, registration and sponsor booths between sessions.
Do you photograph government and statutory board conferences?
Regularly. We are GeBIZ-registered (UEN 53232305W) with 29 government contracts awarded since 2013, and our photographers are experienced with protocol, ministerial openings and same-day publishing requirements.
Can the same crew film the conference too?
Yes — most conference clients book photography and videography together. One in-house crew shares one brief and one run sheet, cameras never block each other, and one producer answers your WhatsApp on the day.
