Which services does a MICE programme usually combine?
Most conference and exhibition briefs pair photography with a highlight film, and larger programmes add live streaming for remote delegates or a photo booth for the networking evening. One in-house crew covers all of it on one run sheet, with one producer as your point of contact and one nett quote.
Do you cover exhibitions, side events and networking sessions in the same brief?
Yes. Main stage, breakout rooms, the expo floor, sponsor activations, welcome receptions and the gala dinner can all sit in one brief. We size the crew per day so every track is covered by our own photographers, not a freelancer pulled in on the morning.
Do you cover multi-day conferences?
Yes — multi-day congresses and trade conferences are our core work. You get a consistent named crew across all days and an edited daily set every evening.
How do you coordinate a crew across a multi-venue programme?
You send one brief: agenda, floor plan, VIP list and must-have shots. Our producer turns it into a shot list and a crew roster by room and time slot. On the day, changes go through one WhatsApp thread with the producer, who reassigns photographers between rooms as the programme moves.
How soon will we receive the photos?
Standard delivery is a complete edited gallery within 48 hours. If you have a publishing deadline, EXPRESS 24™ puts first selects in your hands within the hour and the full gallery within 24 hours.
Do we get full usage rights to the photos?
Yes. Every quote includes full commercial usage rights for marketing, PR, internal communications and archive, with no per-image fees. Images are delivered through a private online gallery you can share with your team.
