Singapore's MICE calendar runs through a handful of halls, and we shoot in them constantly: ballroom light at Marina Bay Sands, Suntec's column-free levels, the long sightlines of Singapore EXPO. Same kit in every hall. Stage and session video is filmed on Sony FX3 cinema cameras. Stills run on Sony A7R IV, A7 IV, A7 III and FX3 bodies with G Master lenses, plus Nikon Z6 III / Z6 II. Roving crews carry DJI Ronin gimbals for the floor while static positions cover plenary and stage. It is all our own equipment, so the setup you see at one show is the setup you get at the next.

What does MICE event photography cover?
Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions — from opening ceremonies and keynotes to booth coverage, sponsor deliverables, VIP walkthroughs and show dailies. We build the shot plan around your programme and your sponsors' contractual deliverables, not a generic checklist.
Can you deliver photos and video during a multi-day show?
Yes, when the delivery schedule is agreed before the event. Photography EXPRESS 24™ is free when included in your brief and fixed quote: edited photo selects arrive within the hour and each day's full gallery within 24 hours. Same-day video highlight editing is a separate S$800–1,500 add-on, subject to confirmed editor capacity.
Do you work at Marina Bay Sands, Suntec and Singapore EXPO?
Yes — these are the venues we work in most often. We know the halls and the light, and we confirm current loading, access and house rules against every brief — because a show schedule has no slack for surprises.
Can overseas organisers book you directly?
