RS Photography respects your personal data and handles it in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page explains what we collect through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us — name, organisation, email, phone number and event information submitted through our contact form, by email or by WhatsApp.
- Aggregate visit statistics — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records anonymous, aggregated traffic data such as page views and country. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To deliver services you engage us for, including sending photo and video galleries.
- To keep basic business records required by law.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
- We do not send marketing messages without consent.
- We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
Event photography and PDPA
When we photograph or film an event, the event organiser is responsible for informing attendees that photography is taking place. Delivered galleries are shared privately with the client through secure Pixieset links. If you appear in an event photograph and would like it removed from a public showcase, contact us and we will action it promptly.
Access, correction and withdrawal
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within one business day.
