All rates nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. 50% deposit on confirmation; bookings under S$1,000 are paid in full on confirmation. Pay by PayNow, bank transfer or card on a secure Stripe link. If an event runs past the booked hours, extensions are S$150 per additional hour (or part thereof) for a photographer and S$180 for a videographer, billed in whole hours. Why are your prices nett?
RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added to any quote — the number on the quote is the number on the invoice. We reply within one business day; your fixed nett quote follows once scope and availability are confirmed.
What actually moves the price up or down?
Hours on site, crew size (one photographer per concurrent room plus a roamer), video deliverables, and delivery speed. Venue, audience size and prestige don't change the rate — the crew plan does.
Is same-day delivery extra?
For photography, EXPRESS 24™ puts edited selects in your hands within the hour and the gallery within 24 hours — it is free for photography — just agree it in your brief and it is written into your fixed quote at no extra cost. For video, a same-day highlight edit adds S$800–1,500 to the edit. Standard delivery is 48 hours for the photo gallery and 2–3 working days for a highlight film.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — bookings under S$1,000 are paid in full on confirmation; otherwise 50% on confirmation and the balance on delivery. The quote is fixed for the scope you brief; if the event runs past the booked hours, the extra time is billed at the rate stated on your quote.
