Every assignment is quoted per booking, from a short single-photographer assignment to a full show day with a crew — on the same footing as our conference day rate. Every quote is nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
Can individual exhibitors book you directly?
Yes. If we're already covering the show for the organiser, exhibitor booth packages are efficient to add — you get a dedicated gallery of your booth, team and visitors without paying for a full-day photographer.
Can you deliver photos during the show?
Yes — show dailies every evening are standard for multi-day exhibitions, and express selects within the hour are available for opening ceremonies and VIP tours.
Do you photograph VIP and government walkthroughs?
Regularly. Our photographers have covered ministerial visits and official openings for years and know how to work a moving delegation without getting in its way.
Can you track a sponsor shot-list across multiple halls?
Yes. We work from your sponsor and exhibitor list booth by booth, so every sponsor has documented visibility for their post-show report. On multi-hall shows we assign coverage per hall and coordinate through one producer.
How quickly can exhibitors receive booth photos?
With express selects, edited images can reach your team within the hour — fast enough for show dailies and same-day social posts while the floor is still busy. The complete gallery follows within 24 hours on EXPRESS 24™, or 48 hours on standard delivery.
Do you photograph build-up and tear-down?
Yes, on request. Build-up frames are useful for contractor records and sponsor proof, and a clean empty-stand shot before doors open is often the most reusable image of the whole show.
Which Singapore exhibition venues do you cover?

What do you need from us for an exhibition quote?
The show dates and opening hours, the venue and halls, and the floor plan or exhibitor list if you have one. From that we plan coverage per hall and send a fixed quote within one business day; every quote is nett.
Can you film the show as well?
Yes. The same in-house team produces exhibition highlight films and booth interviews, and one brief covers both when you book photography and film together. On the video side, for example, we filmed 18 exhibitor interviews at ITB Asia 2026. See event videography.
