Guests posing together on stage at a Singapore corporate event while the audience takes photos

Photo booth rental in Singapore — run by photographers, not a kiosk vendor.

Branded instant prints, GIFs and boomerangs for D&Ds, galas, weddings and activations. Studio lighting, your branding on every frame, and prints in guests' hands before dessert.

What's included

A guest experience, not a kiosk in the corner.

Most booths are dropped off by a rental company and left to fend for themselves. Ours is set up, lit and staffed by an RS booth specialist — because a photo booth is still photography, and flat lighting ruins it. Every station comes with:

  • Open-air booth with studio-grade lighting and backdrop
  • Instant prints with your event branding on every layout
  • GIF and boomerang capture for social sharing
  • Dedicated RS booth specialist hosting guests all night
  • Digital copies of every session, delivered after the event
  • Props and layout design matched to your theme

Formats

Pick the station that fits your floor plan.

Classic instant print most booked Open-air booth with backdrop, props and branded print layouts — guests walk away with a print in seconds. Ideal for D&Ds, galas and award nights.
GIF & boomerang Animated captures sent straight to guests' phones for instant posting — the format that puts your event hashtag on feeds while the party is still running.
Branded activation Fully themed station for product launches and roadshows: custom backdrop, overlay, print layout and data-light guest flow designed around your campaign.
AI photo booth Three things in one station, all run on our own equipment: AI portraits generated from the guest's capture, style transfer into the look you brief us on, and background replacement that drops guests into your campaign scene. Shared straight to their phone, printed if you want both.
360 photo booth Our own 360 rig: the camera arm orbits the guest on a platform and produces a slow-motion clip built for social, branded and delivered to their phone before they leave the queue. Reliably the station that draws the biggest crowd at D&Ds and launches.

Why RS

Booked by teams who care how it looks.

01

Photographer-grade lighting

The booth is lit like a portrait studio, not a photocopier. Guests look good, so they print more, share more and remember your event for it.

02

Your brand on every frame

Print layouts and digital overlays designed to your event identity and approved by you before the night — never a stock template with your logo squeezed in.

03

One team, whole event

Booth, photographers and videographers from a single company rated 4.9★ by 290+ clients — no juggling three vendors on event day.

What you get

What every photo booth rental includes.

Photo booth hire in Singapore is quoted a dozen different ways, so here is ours in plain terms. We run five station types — classic instant print, GIF and boomerang, branded activation, the AI photo booth and the 360 photo booth — and any of them can be branded to your campaign. Every instant photo booth package below is staffed by our own crew — the same 10-strong in-house team that shoots the event — and starts from S$800 nett. RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.

AI photo booth

What our AI photo booth actually does.

“AI photo booth” is used loosely in Singapore, so here is exactly what ours produces. All three modes run on equipment we own and operate — no rented kiosk, no third-party operator on your floor.

ModeWhat the guest getsBest used for
AI portraitA polished, AI-generated portrait built from their own capture — the guest, rendered properly, not a cartoonTown halls, staff appreciation nights, anywhere people want a photo they will actually use
Style transferThe same capture rendered in a look you brief us on, applied consistently to every guestThemed D&Ds and product launches where the visual is part of the concept
Background replacementGuests placed into your campaign scene or brand environment, cleanly cut and lit to matchRoadshows and activations where the backdrop is the message but floor space is tight

Two practical notes from running these on real floors. First, decide the look before the night — we set the model and prompt around your event identity at briefing, and approve a sample with you, so every guest gets the same treatment rather than a lucky draw. Second, an AI station has a different rhythm from an instant-print booth: the render takes a beat, so queue management matters more. That is why the attendant is our own crew, not a machine minder.

Because the AI booth and the 360 photo booth are both in-house, you can run them side by side at one event under a single quote — and both feed the same gallery as your event photography.

On the night

How a booth actually runs at a corporate dinner.

The difference between a booth that draws a queue and one that sits empty is almost always operational, not technical. This is the sequence we run:

  1. Load-in and set-up — we arrive early enough to be fully built and test-printed before your first guest walks in, never during reception.
  2. Reception window — the booth opens with the doors. This is the busiest stretch of the night and the reason the attendant matters: a stalled queue at 7pm is a booth nobody returns to.
  3. Programme pause — during speeches and the award segment the booth goes quiet by design, so nothing competes with the stage.
  4. Post-dinner surge — the second and larger rush, once tables break. Prints and GIFs go out fastest here.
  5. Teardown — struck after your close, not before, so late guests are never turned away.

Booking the booth alongside your event photography or event videography means one crew, one invoice and one run sheet — and the booth captures land in the same gallery as the coverage.

FAQ

Photo booths, answered.

Is the booth run by RS Photography or a subcontractor?

In-house, always. Your booth is set up and staffed by our own specialist — the same team standard we hold for event photography, so lighting and print quality are studio-grade, not kiosk-grade.

Can prints and overlays carry our event branding?

Yes. Send us your logo and theme, and we design the print layout and digital overlay to match — approved by you before the event.

Can we add a photo booth to our event photography booking?

That's how most clients book it. One crew, one invoice, one point of contact — and bundle pricing is better than booking the two separately.

Do you do weddings and private celebrations?

Yes — weddings, ROMs, birthdays and anniversaries, with print layouts designed around your theme rather than a stock template.

How much does a photo booth cost?

Booth packages start from S$800, typically booked alongside event coverage so the branding, print layout and delivery all match. The final quote depends on hours, print volume and whether you want custom overlays or a branded backdrop.

How long do you need to set up?

Allow about an hour on site before guests arrive for setup and a print test. We need a standard power point and a space of roughly two by two metres — more if you want a full backdrop.

How much does photo booth rental cost in Singapore?

Our booth packages start from S$800 nett. The final figure depends on hours, the station type and whether you want a fully branded activation build. Every quote is nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added — and you receive a fixed price within one business day.

How many hours should we book the booth for?

Most corporate dinners book three to four hours, which covers the reception window and the post-dinner surge with the programme pause in between. A booth booked only for the final hour usually misses the busiest stretch of the night.

Do guests get unlimited prints?

Yes. Unlimited instant prints are standard within your booking hours, and every capture is also delivered digitally in your gallery.

Can the booth move between venues or floors during the event?

Yes, with lead time written into the run sheet. Tell us at briefing and we plan the move around your programme rather than mid-service.

Do you offer an AI photo booth in Singapore?

Yes. Our AI photo booth generates a styled portrait from the guest's capture and shares it to their phone on the spot. It suits brand activations and corporate nights where the image itself is part of the campaign — tell us the look you want at briefing so we can set it up around your event identity.

Do you have a 360 photo booth?

Yes. The 360 booth puts the guest on a platform while the camera arm orbits them, producing a slow-motion clip made for social sharing. It reliably draws the biggest crowd of any station, so plan floor space and queue flow around it.

Which booth should we pick for a corporate dinner?

For a D&D or award night the classic instant print booth still delivers the most captures per hour, because guests leave with something physical. If the goal is social reach rather than takeaways, the 360 booth or the AI photo booth generates far more shares. Plenty of clients run one of each.

Are the AI and 360 booths your own equipment or rented in?

Both are ours, run by our own crew. That matters on two counts: there is no third-party operator on your floor to coordinate with, and if you book the booth alongside your event coverage you get one crew, one invoice and one point of contact for the whole night.

Can we run the AI booth and the 360 booth at the same event?

Yes, and plenty of clients do — they serve different guests. The 360 rig pulls the crowd and generates social clips; the AI booth gives people an image they keep. Because both are in-house they go on a single quote and share the same attendant plan.
