Pick a package and send a booking request. We check crew availability for your date and reply within one business day. Prices are nett: RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. Any evening, weekend or public holiday loading and add-ons are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Add a second photographer for S$680 (half day) or S$1,100 (full day). Coverage that starts at 6pm or later, or falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, adds S$100 per photographer on the 2-hour and half-day packages and S$200 on the full day. If your event runs over, extra time is S$150 per additional hour (or part thereof). More on event photography.

We bring the backdrop and lighting to a meeting room and keep a booked schedule, so people step away from work for a few minutes.

How booking works
Three steps to a confirmed date.

| 1. Send the booking request | Press "Book this package" and add your date, venue, times and any add-ons (a second photographer, extra booth hours or a social cut). The package and price are filled in for you. |
| 2. We confirm | Within one business day we check crew availability for your date and reply with the final nett amount, including any evening, weekend or public holiday loading and add-ons, and the payment details. |
| 3. Pay to lock the date | Bookings under S$1,000 are paid in full on confirmation. From S$1,000, a 50% deposit locks the date and the balance is due on delivery. |
Packages cover one venue on one day for an organisation booking directly. Multi-day programmes, trade shows and exhibitions, larger crews, photo and video together, and bookings made for another client get a tailored quote.
