FAQ
For procurement officers.
Are you on GeBIZ?
Yes — RS Photography is GeBIZ-registered under UEN 53232305W and regularly responds to ITQs and tenders. We can supply certifications, track record and testimonials in whatever format your submission requires.
Can crew details be submitted for security clearance?
Yes. We provide full names and particulars of the assigned crew in advance, and the people cleared are the people who turn up.
How do you handle sensitive or embargoed material?
Coverage is released only to your designated officers, on your timeline. We follow the agency's communications guidelines on VIP imagery, minors and internal material — and we ask before assuming.
Are you GST-registered?
No. RS Photography is not GST-registered, so every quote is nett with no GST added on top — the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Our UEN is 53232305W.
How do you handle consent and PDPA at public events?
The organiser sets the consent approach; we execute to it. In practice that means a consent line at registration, entrance signage, and a visible opt-out marker our crew is briefed on. Galleries are delivered access-controlled, and removal requests are actioned quickly.
Can you work to agency branding and protocol guidelines?
Yes. We shoot to agency style guides, protocol orders and VIP seating plans, and can deliver to a named file-naming convention or asset-management system where required.
Can you bill against a government purchase order rather than sending an invoice?
Yes. Government and statutory-board work runs on your procurement process, not ours: we quote to your ITQ or quotation request, wait for the PO or GeMS order, and invoice against it through whichever channel your agency uses — GeBIZ, SESAMi or SAP Ariba, all of which we already transact on. No deposit is asked for on public-sector jobs; private bookings are the ones that carry a 50% deposit. Every figure is nett because RS Photography is not GST-registered.
Our procurement policy requires a bizSAFE-certified vendor before crew can enter site. Do you qualify?
Yes. RS Photography is bizSAFE Level 3 certified by Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Council, certificate E50719, valid to 31 August 2029, issued to UEN 53232305W — the same entity that signs the contract, so the certificate can be attached to your vendor file as-is. We are also Progressive Wage Mark accredited and BizCert certified.
We are raising an ITQ for photography and videography. What do you need from us to quote?
The programme or run sheet, the venue, the exact coverage window, the deliverables you must receive and the deadline you are held to. If the requirement spans a period rather than a single event — a term or panel arrangement across a year — say so up front, because the crew planning and the pricing structure are different from a one-off. We have held healthcare-sector panel coverage since 2019 and have been awarded 29 government contracts worth over S$1.1 million since 2013, two of which are publicly verifiable in the Government Procurement dataset on data.gov.sg.
Can you cover a VIP or ministerial visit at short notice?
Often, and this is where an in-house crew of ten matters more than a rate card — short-notice cover does not depend on finding an outside contractor first. What it does depend on is the roster for your date, so we check the calendar and confirm rather than promise a slot up front. Named crew lists are supplied in advance for security clearance, and photographs are released only to your designated officers.
