RS Photography is filming the exhibitor interview series at ITB Asia 2026 and will be on the show floor all three days. Exhibitors can book their own booth coverage directly: edited photos within 24 hours and a 60-second highlight reel within 48 hours, so your team can post while the show is still the talk of the week. From S$600 nett, no GST.

These packages are offered by RS Photography and booked directly with us; they are separate from the organiser's free interview programme. All prices in Singapore dollars, nett. RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. Payment confirms the slot: full payment for bookings under S$1,000, a 50% deposit for larger bookings. Need something else, such as a pavilion with several stands or a press conference at the booth? Tell us in the form and we will quote the same day.

How it works
Three steps, and we take care of the rest.
- Book. Send the form below with your booth number, preferred day and package. We reply within one working day with the time slot and the payment details.
- Shoot. Our crew arrives at your booth at the agreed time. Brief us for two minutes on the people and products that matter, then carry on with your visitors.
- Post. JPEG selects on site, the edited gallery within 24 hours and your reel within 48 hours of your session, ready for LinkedIn and your sales follow-ups.

Before you book
Who can book?
Any exhibitor at ITB Asia 2026, MICE Show Asia or Travel Tech Asia, 21 to 23 October 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Co-exhibitors and pavilion members can book their own stand.
Is this the same as the free exhibitor interview?
No. The free 60-second interviews are allocated by the ITB Asia team and cannot be booked here. This page is for paid coverage of your own booth, plus one extra paid interview slot per day.
When do we get the photos and video?
A set of JPEGs is handed over on site at the end of the session. The edited gallery follows within 24 hours of your session and the 60-second highlight reel within 48 hours.
Can we use the content for marketing?
Yes. You receive a licence to use the photos and video for your own marketing, social media, press and internal use. RS Photography may show selected frames in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
How do we pay?
Payment confirms your slot, by PayNow or bank transfer: full payment for bookings under S$1,000, a 50% deposit for larger bookings, balance before the show. Prices are nett. RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
Can you cover a 3-day stand or a longer session?
Yes. Tell us the hours in the form and we will quote the same day. Longer photography sessions are S$880 for 4 hours and S$1,280 for 8 hours per day.
