Coverage and travel are planned together. Availability is confirmed for your specific destination and dates.
- Production: coverage hours, number of crew, simultaneous rooms, equipment and deliverables.
- Travel: travel days, flights, accommodation and local transport, with responsibility for arrangements agreed in writing.
- Access: venue accreditation, destination work requirements and equipment arrangements checked before a booking is confirmed.
- Delivery: editing scope, publishing deadlines and any on-site editing or transfer requirements.

Can RS Photography travel outside Singapore for an event?
Yes. Our Singapore-based crew is available for overseas assignments, subject to the dates, production scope and travel requirements. Send the event country, city, venue and programme so we can confirm feasibility before booking.
How is an overseas assignment quoted?
We scope the coverage, crew, deliverables and editing alongside the travel arrangements. The written quote identifies the agreed travel costs, who arranges them and the delivery schedule. Singapore coverage rates alone are not an overseas package price.
Can our overseas team book you for an event in Singapore?
Yes. If the event takes place in Singapore, use our service for overseas event organisers. We coordinate the brief and coverage locally while your team works from abroad.
What should we send for a quote?
Send the event country, city, venue, dates, local start and end times, time zone, programme, expected attendance and required deliverables. Include your organisation country and publishing deadlines so we can plan the written brief and delivery.
Can we enquire by WhatsApp as well as email?
Yes. Use the contact form to send your brief by email or open it in WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp prepares the message; you still press Send in WhatsApp. If you use both options for the same brief in the same tab, the enquiry reference helps us match the messages.
