The brief
The organiser needed coverage of the award ceremony and winner interviews. RS assigned a photographer and a videographer. Ahead of the event, the team and organiser agreed to keep each interview to a maximum of five minutes so interviews could fit alongside ceremony filming.
Photographs for the organiser’s PR article
On 21 May, the organiser requested two or three group photographs for a PR article. Three group photographs were shared that evening. The photographer confirmed the remaining photographs were in the gallery on 23 May, and the organiser acknowledged them on 25 May.
