Two days of conference photography in Hong Kong

The brief

Sustainable Aviation Futures, a UK-based event organiser, commissioned RS Photography to cover its Hong Kong congress. The organiser supplied a photography brief highlighting sponsor sessions and requested access to photographs for social media coverage during the event.

Coordinating the coverage

The coordination plan included a shared group with the organiser and on-site team, with the live agenda as the reference for programme changes. The gallery link was shared ahead of the event.

The photo collection

The resulting gallery is divided into Day 1 and Day 2. It includes delegate registration, networking and sponsor displays, giving the organiser a record of activity around the conference as well as a collection visitors can browse by day.

Planning a conference outside Singapore

Share your venue, programme, priority speakers and sponsors, and the deadlines for any photographs needed during the event. Include the local time zone so coverage and delivery can be agreed clearly before booking.
