This is a B2B service — the school, polytechnic, university, private institute or professional body books us for the ceremony, not individual students. We work from your run sheet: procession and platform party, welcome and guest-of-honour remarks, the stage sequence for every graduate, awards and special presentations, and the closing. An additional photographer can cover the audience for candid family reactions and applause, and backdrop or photo-wall portraits run either during the ceremony or straight after.

A highlight film of the ceremony — procession, speeches, the stage sequence and audience reactions cut to a few minutes — runs through our corporate video service, planned on the same run sheet as the photography. For cohorts with family members overseas or unable to attend, we can livestream the stage programme so no one misses the stage crossing.

Graduation and convocation ceremonies run in school assembly halls, polytechnic and university auditoriums, and hotel ballrooms for larger conferring ceremonies. A site recce of the stage, lighting and audience sightlines can be arranged before the day, and for multi-session days — several cohorts back to back — crew changeovers are planned into the quote.

Booking for a class, not the whole ceremony?
Our focus is ceremony-day coverage booked by the institution, not individual student portrait sittings. That said, small-group sessions — a graduating class, a faculty group, or a handful of students wanting a formal shot at the backdrop — can be arranged on request alongside a main booking. How much does graduation and convocation photography cost in Singapore?
Every ceremony is quoted per booking, based on duration, venue, the coverage you need and the crew that requires. A single-session half-day ceremony is priced differently from a multi-session convocation running across a full day. All quotes are nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
Do you photograph every graduate crossing the stage?
For larger cohorts we run two angles on the stage — one on the scroll or certificate presentation, one on the handshake or photo-op side — plus a naming or sequence sheet built from your programme, so the stage sequence follows your programme.
How do you cover a cohort of hundreds of graduates?
With a run sheet built from your ceremony programme: procession, stage crossings in order, awards and speeches on one crew, plus, if you want it, an additional photographer working the audience for family reactions and applause. For back-to-back sessions in one day we size the crew to the number of sessions, not just the headcount.
Can you deliver the photos the same day?
