How Much Does Corporate Event Photography Cost in Singapore? (2026 Price Guide)

Short answer: At RS Photography in 2026, corporate event photography with one photographer is S$500 for 2 hours, S$680 for a half day (up to 4 hours) and S$1,200 for a full day (up to 8 hours), nett. Evenings, weekends and public holidays add S$100 per photographer (S$200 on a full day), and a second photographer is S$680 for a half day or S$1,100 for a full day. Multi-day MICE events are quoted per booking.
Those figures are RS Photography's own nett rates, quoted with no GST added. The rest of this guide explains what moves a quote up or down, what should be included, and how to brief a photographer so the number you get is the number you pay.

How this compares with freelance and marketplace rates
Marketplace listings in Singapore often quote S$80–S$300 per hour. Those prices usually cover the photographer's time only. Editing, a backup photographer, insurance, a safety certification for government venues and guaranteed turnaround are often extra or not offered.
An agency quote is higher per hour because it prices the whole job: coverage, editing, delivery, backup equipment and someone accountable if a photographer falls sick on the day.
What affects the cost of event photography
Five factors account for almost every difference between two quotes.
1. Hours of coverage
Hours are the biggest driver. Most quotes are built in half-day (up to 4 hours) and full-day (up to 8 hours) blocks. Ask whether the clock starts at guest arrival or at photographer call time, since setup and venue walk-throughs add 30–60 minutes.
2. Number of photographers
One photographer can cover a single-room seminar. You need two or more when:
- the stage and the networking area run at the same time
- there are breakout rooms or an exhibition floor
- the guest of honour arrives while the main programme is running
- you need a dedicated photographer for VIP portraits or a step-and-repeat backdrop
3. Turnaround time
Standard delivery is the full edited gallery within 48 hours. Same-day selects for press releases, LinkedIn posts or a closing-session slideshow are free for photography with RS Photography's EXPRESS 24™ when agreed in your brief: edited selects within the hour and the gallery within 24 hours.
4. Add-ons
- Event videography or a highlight reel
- Photo booth with instant prints
- Live streaming or hybrid-event AV
- Drone shots (through a partner operator; in Singapore these need the right CAAS permits and venue approval)
- Printed photos or albums for VIPs
Booking photo and video from one provider is usually cheaper than two separate vendors. It also means one crew briefing and one point of contact on the day.
5. Location and timing
Evening, weekend and public holiday bookings carry a loading of S$100 per photographer for up to 4 hours (S$200 for a full day). Events outside Singapore add travel time and accommodation, quoted per trip.
What a good quote should include
Before you compare prices, check that each quote covers the same things:
- Exact coverage hours and the number of photographers
- Editing: colour correction and culling for every delivered image
- Delivery format and timing: online gallery, download links, preview timing
- Usage rights for marketing, annual reports and social media
- Backup: spare camera bodies, and a replacement photographer if someone falls ill
- Price basis: whether GST is included or added on top
RS Photography is not GST-registered, so every price we quote is the final nett amount.
Budget examples by event type
These are typical scopes, not fixed packages.
Half-day product launch (80 guests, 1 room). One photographer for 4 hours, full gallery within 48 hours. Budget: S$680 (S$780 in the evening or at the weekend).
Full-day industry conference (300 delegates, plenary + 2 breakouts). Same-day selects for the organiser's LinkedIn; crew numbers and coverage hours are planned against the programme and concurrent rooms. Budget: quoted for the programme, since concurrent rooms need their own crew plan.
Annual dinner (500 guests, hotel ballroom). Two photographers covering arrivals, stage programme, table shots and awards, plus a photo booth, up to 4 hours. Budget: S$1,560 for two photographers (S$680 + S$100 evening loading each) plus S$800 for a 2-hour booth: S$2,360.
Three-day MICE congress. Two to three photographers per day, daily highlight galleries and a closing-day video reel. Budget: priced per day; ask for a combined quote.
Government and statutory board events
Agencies and statutory boards usually procure photography through GeBIZ and need a few extra things in place:
- A Purchase Order before work starts. Work begins only after the PO is issued.
- Safety certification. RS Photography is bizSAFE Level 3 certified, which many venues and agencies require for vendors working on site.
- Personal data compliance. Event photos are personal data under the PDPA. Plan your consent notices and opt-out process before the event. See our PDPA event photography consent guide.
- Nett pricing. Because we are not GST-registered, the quoted amount is what goes on the PO.
How to get an accurate quote in one email
Send these details and you will get a firm quote instead of a range:
- Event date, start and end time
- Venue and number of rooms or areas in use
- Expected number of guests
- Key moments: guest of honour arrival, speeches, awards, group photos
- How fast you need photos, and where they will be used
- Any add-ons: video, photo booth, live stream
- Whether you need a quotation for GeBIZ or internal approval
RS Photography replies within one business day; your fixed nett quote follows once scope and availability are confirmed.
Ways to keep photography costs down
- Book the hours you need. Match coverage to the programme and the networking that matters, rather than holding crew through closed-door rehearsals or teardown.
- Bundle photo and video with one provider.
- Share the run-of-show early so the photographer is in place for key moments instead of covering everything "just in case".
- Book early for peak season. September to December fills fastest in Singapore because of conferences, annual dinners and year-end events.
