Corporate video production cost in Singapore (2026 guide)

Audience filming a keynote shown across wide LED screens at a Singapore conference — RS Photography

Key takeaways

  • Event highlight film: from S$1,800 nett for a 3–5 minute film with up to four hours of filming.
  • Interview or testimonial film: typically S$3,000–6,000.
  • Scripted brand, anniversary or school film: typically S$10,000–18,000, with concept, script and several filming days.
  • Scope is set out in each quotation, and some projects fall outside these ranges.
  • The edit and the pre-production are most of the cost, not the camera. Every extra version, cutdown or revision round is real work.
  • RS Photography: corporate video production with fixed nett quotes, no GST added, and recent films for the Ministry of Education, schools and private companies.

“How much does a corporate video cost?” has an honest answer: anywhere from under two thousand dollars to well into five figures. The range is wide because the phrase covers very different jobs. A highlight film of your annual conference and a scripted 30th anniversary film share a camera, but little else. Below are the ranges we actually quote, and what puts a project at the low or high end.

Corporate video prices in Singapore (2026)

These ranges reflect the productions we have been commissioned for in 2025 and 2026; the scope of each project, including filming days and deliverables, is set out in its quotation, and some projects fall outside them. All figures are nett: RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. The final number is always a fixed quote for your brief, stated before any filming starts. For on-the-day event filming, our event videography rates guide has the detailed numbers.

Three kinds of corporate video

1. Event highlight films. You are already running a conference, launch, dinner or opening; we film it and cut the best moments into three to five minutes. There is no script and no extra shoot day, which is why this is the lowest price point. The National Cadet Corps 125th anniversary film for the Ministry of Education, the Hai Robotics Innovation Summit and Finmo’s office opening on our corporate video page are examples.

2. Interview and testimonial films. A small number of people, such as your leaders, customers, staff or alumni, tell the story on camera, with supporting footage around them. It needs question planning, a quiet location and careful sound. The Eurasian Association’s EA Education 30th anniversary film is built this way.

3. Scripted brand, anniversary and school films. The story is written first: concept options, a script, a storyboard, then several filming days across locations, sometimes with drone footage, archive material and voice-over. This is where budgets reach five figures, because most of the work happens before and after the cameras roll. Recent examples include Dunearn Secondary School’s 65th anniversary heritage film and the official opening film for APSN Chaoyang School and APSN Tanglin School. If you are unsure which one you need, our note on brand films versus corporate videos helps.

What the budget pays for

  • Pre-production: concept, script or interview questions, storyboard, location recce, scheduling and consent forms.
  • Production: the filming days, the crew (director, camera operators, sound), lighting and gear, and any drone flights.
  • Post-production: the edit, colour, sound mix, music, titles, subtitles and motion graphics.
  • Revisions and delivery: the agreed revision rounds, the master film and any cutdowns in the formats you need (16:9, 9:16 or 1:1).

On a scripted film, pre-production and post-production together are usually the larger share of the budget. That is why two quotes with the same number of filming days can be thousands of dollars apart: one includes a script and three revision rounds, the other does not. Our guide to what drives a corporate video quote covers how to compare them line by line.

What moves the price

  • Filming days and locations. Each extra day or site adds crew time, travel and set-up.
  • Crew size. A single operator suits interviews; a multi-camera crew with a director suits ceremonies and scripted scenes.
  • Number of deliverables. One master film is one edit. A master plus five social cutdowns and a 30-second teaser is several edits.
  • Revision rounds. The number is written into the quote. Open-ended revisions are why some low quotes grow later.
  • Voice-over, talent and archive. A professional voice-over artist, hired talent or restored archive photos are separate line items.
  • Drone footage. Flown by our licensed partner operator; CAAS permits need lead time, so flag it early.
  • Turnaround. Normal delivery follows the schedule in the quote; a same-day edit needs an editor on site.
  • Source files and IP. If your terms require raw footage, project files or an IP transfer, it is scoped and priced in the quote, subject to third-party licences such as music.

Buying through GeBIZ or a school quotation

Government agencies and schools usually buy corporate videos through a GeBIZ quotation or a period contract, with the scope fixed in the specification: number of concepts, filming days, revision rounds, formats and IP. We are GeBIZ-registered, with 29 government contracts since 2013, and we price against the specification as written. If the specification is unclear on something that changes the cost, such as drone footage, voice-over or raw footage handover, ask during the clarification period so every vendor quotes the same job. See our government events page for how we work with agencies.

How long it takes

Delivery dates are agreed in the quotation, subject to scope and your approvals. An event highlight film is usually delivered within the week, and a same-day edit is possible with EXPRESS 24™ if it is booked in advance. Our recent scripted school films ran from about two to five months between award and final master: concepts and script first, then filming, a first cut and the agreed revision rounds. If the film must premiere at a fixed event, such as an anniversary dinner or an official opening, work back from that date and brief your vendor early. Our note on booking lead times for a fixed launch has a checklist.

How long does a corporate video take to produce?

Delivery dates are agreed in the quotation, subject to scope and client approvals. Who owns the footage and the source files?

The usage rights you receive are stated in the quotation. Some buyers, especially schools and government agencies, need raw footage, project files or an IP transfer; that can be scoped and priced in the quote, subject to the licences for any third-party material such as music or stock footage.

Is it cheaper to film the video at our event?

Usually, yes. If the story can be told through an event you are already running, one filming day at the event costs far less than staging separate shoot days. Book photography on the same brief and the crews share one production manager and one run sheet.
