Hours on site are the base unit. A two-hour awards or gala segment costs less than a full conference day; multi-day congresses are quoted per day with the crew held consistent across days so your coverage looks like one event, not three.
How does crew size affect the price?
One photographer per concurrent room plus a roamer — the full logic is in our crew-sizing guide. Crew scales the quote linearly; there's no premium for coordination because our photographers are one in-house team, not assembled freelancers.
Does faster delivery cost more?
Standard delivery — a fully edited Pixieset gallery within 48 hours — is included, not an add-on.
