Hours on site are the base unit. A two-hour awards or gala segment costs less than a full conference day; multi-day congresses are quoted per day with the crew held consistent across days so your coverage looks like one event, not three.

One photographer per concurrent room plus a roamer — the full logic is in our crew-sizing guide. Crew scales the quote linearly; there's no premium for coordination because our photographers are one in-house team, not assembled freelancers.
3. Turnaround
Standard delivery — a fully edited Pixieset gallery within 48 hours — is included, not an add-on. EXPRESS 24™ (selects within the hour, complete gallery in 24) adds an on-site editor and is priced as one.
4. Deliverables beyond the gallery
Instant-print stations, photo booths, formal group portraits with lighting setups, and video or live streaming are quoted as their own line items, so you can see exactly what each adds and cut what you don't need.
