Instant print photo booth in Singapore — guests leave with the photo in hand.
Unlimited on-the-spot prints with your branding on every layout, studio lighting, and an attendant who keeps the queue moving all night. From S$800 nett.
What's included
The booth that still beats every newer format on takeaways.
GIF booths and 360 rigs win the social shares, but the classic instant print photo booth remains the most booked station we run — because a physical print is the one thing guests actually keep. Ours is set up, lit and staffed by the same 10-strong in-house crew that shoots 2,000+ assignments a year. Every instant print booking includes:
- Open-air booth with studio-grade lighting and backdrop
- Unlimited instant prints within your booking hours
- Custom print template designed to your event branding
- Dedicated RS booth specialist running the queue all night
- Props curated to your theme, not a generic box
- Digital copies of every capture, delivered in your gallery

Print sizes
Photo booth printing, in plain terms.
Two layouts cover almost every event, and both are designed from scratch around your branding rather than dropped into a stock frame.
| Layout | What it suits |
|---|---|
| 4R postcard most booked | A full-bleed single frame or a multi-shot grid, with your logo, event name and date worked into the design — the format corporate dinners and weddings ask for most, because it displays well and survives the trip home. |
| Photo strips | The classic booth strip, printed as a pair so a couple or two colleagues each take one away. Popular for themed D&Ds and weddings with a retro brief. |
| Group prints | When six people squeeze into one frame, the booth prints a copy for each of them — that is what unlimited printing is for. |
| Digital twins | Every print also lands in your online gallery alongside the event coverage, so nothing lives only on paper. |
Template design
Your branding on every print — approved before the night.
The print template is the part guests keep on their desks and fridges, so we treat it as design work, not a logo squeezed into a stock border. The process is short and it happens before event day, never on it:
- Brief — send us your logo, event name, theme and colours when you confirm the booking.
- Design — we lay out the print template and the matching on-screen overlay to your event identity.
- Approve — you sign off the design, with revisions handled by email before the event.
- Print test — on site, before doors open, so the first guest's print looks exactly like the proof.
Booking the booth alongside your event photography or gala coverage means the print design, the coverage and the gallery all share one visual identity — one crew, one invoice, one point of contact.
Large dinners
Built to keep the queue moving at a full ballroom.
An instant print booth lives or dies on its queue. The mechanics favour it — the capture takes moments and the printer runs while the next group is already posing — but throughput at a big D&D is an operational job, not a hardware spec. This is how we run it:
- The attendant paces the line — props on, pose, capture, move — while the printer catches up behind the queue
- Group frames print one copy per guest, so nobody queues twice for the same photo
- The booth opens with the reception and stays through the post-dinner surge — the two peaks where most prints go out
- The programme pause is planned in, so the booth never competes with the stage
- For the largest ballroom nights, a second station doubles capacity on the same invoice
A booth booked only for the final hour misses the busiest stretch of the night — most corporate dinners book three to four hours to cover both peaks.
Props & backdrop
Styled to the theme, lit like a portrait set.
Backdrop
A clean, lit backdrop sized to your space — or a fully branded build for launches and activations where the backdrop is the message.
Props
Curated to your theme rather than pulled from a generic box, and reset between groups so the station still looks sharp late in the night.
Lighting
The booth is lit like a portrait studio, not a photocopier. Guests look good in the print, so they come back — and bring their table with them.

FAQ
Instant print booths, answered.
Do guests get unlimited prints?
Yes. Unlimited instant prints are standard within your booking hours — if six guests share one frame, each of them can take a copy home — and every capture is also delivered digitally in your gallery.
What print sizes does the booth offer?
The two staples of photo booth printing: the 4R postcard as a full frame or a multi-shot grid, and the classic photo strip printed as a pair. Both carry a template designed to your event branding and approved by you before the night.
Who designs the print template?
We do. Send your logo, theme and colours at briefing and we lay out the print template and the on-screen overlay to match your event identity. You approve the design before the event, and we run a physical print test on site before doors open.
Can an instant print booth keep up at a large dinner?
Yes — this is where the format shines. The print itself takes seconds and runs while the next group is already posing, and your RS attendant paces the queue through the two natural peaks of a dinner: the reception window and the post-dinner surge. For the largest ballroom nights we can add a second station under the same booking.
How much does an instant print photo booth cost in Singapore?
Packages start from S$800 nett, and the final quote depends on hours, the backdrop build and whether you bundle the booth with event coverage. Every price is nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added — and you receive a fixed quote within one business day.
What does the booth need from our venue?
A standard 13A power point and roughly two by two metres of floor space — more if you want a full backdrop. Allow about an hour before guests arrive for setup and a print test.
Do we get digital copies of the prints?
Yes. Every capture is delivered in an online gallery alongside your event coverage — within 24 hours on EXPRESS 24, or 48 hours as standard — and the gallery stays online for 30 days so guests can download their photos.
