Tell us what the video is for and we scope the crew around it. A single videographer suits a talk, a seminar or a set of interviews. Conferences with parallel sessions, award nights and product launches usually need two or more cameras, a sound feed from the house desk and an editor who starts cutting before the event ends.

How much does a videographer cost in Singapore?
A videographer is quoted per booking by filming hours: a half day of up to 4 hours or a full day of 8 hours, filming only. An edited 3–5 minute highlight film starts from S$1,800 nett, a same-day edit adds S$800–1,500, and time past the booked hours is S$180 per additional hour (or part thereof) per videographer, billed in whole hours. Multi-camera coverage and live streams are quoted per programme. All figures are nett, with no GST added. The rates page has the full table.
Should I hire a freelance videographer or a video production company?
It depends on the job. One freelancer can cover a short talk or a single interview well. When a programme has parallel sessions, needs a same-day edit, a live stream or photography on the same day, a crew gives you one brief, one producer and backup equipment. Can the same team film and photograph our event?
Yes, and most clients book both. One in-house crew covers video and photography, so camera positions and timings are agreed once and you deal with one vendor, one run sheet and one deadline.
How soon do we get the video?
With EXPRESS 24™, an editor cuts a highlight film on the day, ready to screen before your closing address or to post that evening; it is an add-on of S$800–1,500. Otherwise, the delivery date for each edit is fixed in your quote before the event.
