AI photo booth rental in Singapore — on our own equipment, run by photographers.
AI portraits, style transfer and background replacement at one branded station. Set up, lit and staffed by our own crew, from S$800 nett.
What's included
Three AI modes. One station. No rented kiosk.
Plenty of “AI photo booths” in Singapore are a hired tablet running someone else's app. Ours runs on equipment we own, operated by the same 10-strong in-house crew that covers around 150 to 160 assignments a month — because an AI image is only as good as the capture behind it, and a badly lit capture renders badly. Every booking includes:
- Studio-lit capture station with backdrop — the input the AI works from
- All three modes available: AI portraits, style transfer, background replacement
- Branded digital overlay — and print layouts if you add instant prints
- A look you approve at briefing, applied consistently to every guest
- Dedicated RS attendant running consent, capture and the queue
- Every capture delivered to you in an online gallery after the event

The three modes
What a guest actually experiences.
“AI photo booth” is used loosely, so here is each mode from the guest's side of the camera — from stepping onto the mark to the image landing on their phone.
| Mode | The guest experience | Best used for |
|---|---|---|
| AI portraits | The guest steps onto the mark, our attendant takes a properly lit capture, and moments later the screen shows an AI-generated portrait built from it — recognisably them, finished like an editorial headshot rather than a cartoon. They scan a QR code and it is on their phone before they leave the station. | Town halls, staff appreciation nights and conferences — anywhere guests want an image they will genuinely use afterwards |
| Style transfer | The same capture, re-rendered in a look you brief us on beforehand — a watercolour, a retro film poster, your campaign's illustration style. Because the style is locked before the night, every guest gets the same treatment and the output reads as one campaign, not a lucky draw. | Themed D&Ds and product launches where the visual is part of the concept |
| Background replacement | The guest is cut cleanly from the backdrop and placed into your campaign scene — the product world, the destination, the set you could not build on the floor — with lighting matched so the result reads as one photograph, not a sticker on a background. | Roadshows and sponsor activations where the backdrop is the message but floor space is tight |
All three modes can run at the same station on the same night — many clients open with AI portraits during the reception window and switch to style transfer once the theme takes over. The render takes a beat longer than an instant print, which is exactly why the attendant is our own crew managing the queue, not a machine minder.
Branding
Your campaign on every image, not a watermark in the corner.
Branded overlays
Logo, event identity and campaign line designed into the digital frame every guest receives — and into the print layout if you add instant prints to the station.
A look you sign off
We set the style around your event identity at briefing and approve a sample with you before the night, so the first guest and the last get the same treatment.
One team, whole event
Booth, photographers and videographers from a single company rated 4.9★ by 298 clients — the AI booth can share a quote, a run sheet and a gallery with your event coverage.
PDPA & delivery
Consent at the booth. Delivery to you.
An AI booth processes guests' faces, so we treat consent as part of the guest flow, not fine print. Guests consent at the booth before their capture is taken — the attendant walks them through it, and anyone who declines simply is not photographed. Nothing is posted publicly by us: every image is delivered to you, the client, in your online gallery alongside any event coverage, and guests receive their own image directly at the station.
Delivered galleries stay online for 30 days, which gives your comms team a clear window to download, publish and archive. If you are writing the consent wording for your event, our PDPA consent guide for event photography covers signage, briefing lines and what to do when a guest asks for an image to be removed.
Use cases
Where an AI booth earns its floor space.
| Product launches | Background replacement puts every guest inside the campaign world you built the launch around — the image they share is your key visual, with them in it. |
|---|---|
| Conference sponsor activations | A branded AI portrait station gives a sponsor booth a reason to queue — and every image that leaves carries the sponsor's overlay. |
| D&Ds and awards nights | Style transfer in the evening's theme turns the booth into part of the production design rather than a bolt-on. Pairs well with a classic instant print station. |
| Town halls and staff appreciation | AI portraits send everyone home with a genuinely usable image — the mode we see reused as profile photos for months afterwards. |
| Roadshows | Tight floor plan, big backdrop ambitions — background replacement delivers the scene without the set build, and the station packs down between venues. |
Want physical takeaways too? Add instant prints to the AI station, or run it beside our classic instant print or 360 booth — all in-house, so it is one crew, one invoice and one gallery either way.
On the night
How the AI booth runs, from briefing to gallery.
- Brief and sample — we set the mode and look around your event identity, render a sample, and lock it once you approve. No surprises on the night.
- Set-up and test — we arrive early enough to be built, lit and test-rendered before your first guest walks in. Allow about an hour, a standard power point and roughly two by two metres.
- Live service — the attendant runs consent, capture and the queue, keeping the render wait moving so the station stays busy instead of stalling.
- Delivery — guests leave with their image on their phone; you receive every capture in your online gallery, live for 30 days.
AI photo booth packages start from S$800 nett, and the final figure depends on hours, modes and how far you take the branding build. RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added — the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
FAQ
The AI photo booth, answered.
How much does an AI photo booth cost in Singapore?
Packages start from S$800 nett, and the final quote depends on hours, which of the three modes you run and how far you take the branding build. RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added — and you receive a fixed price within one business day.
What does a guest actually walk away with?
A finished image on their phone, delivered at the station by QR code — an AI portrait, a style-transferred image or a background-replacement composite, each carrying your branded overlay. Add instant prints and they take a physical copy too, and every capture is also delivered to you in your online gallery.
Can we control what the AI produces?
Yes — that is the point of the briefing. We set the mode and look around your event identity, render a sample for your approval and lock it before the night, so every guest gets the same treatment rather than a lucky draw.
How do you handle PDPA consent at the booth?
Guests consent at the booth before their capture is taken, and anyone who declines simply is not photographed. Images are delivered to you as the client rather than posted publicly by us, and your delivered gallery stays online for 30 days.
Does the AI booth work for group shots?
Style transfer and background replacement handle groups comfortably. AI portraits are at their best with one or two people in frame, so for larger groups the attendant will usually suggest switching mode for that capture.
Can we run the AI booth alongside an instant print or 360 booth?
Yes, and plenty of clients do. All our booths run on our own equipment with our own crew, so multiple stations go on a single quote, share one run sheet and feed the same gallery.
Is the AI booth your own equipment or rented in?
Our own, operated by our own crew — the same in-house team that covers around 150 to 160 assignments a month. There is no third-party operator on your floor, and the capture side is lit and run by photographers, which is what makes the AI output look good.
