Guests posing together on stage at a Singapore corporate event while the audience takes photos

GIF & boomerang photo booth in Singapore — made for the feed, not the fridge.

Branded animated captures sent straight to guests' phones while your event is still running. Studio lighting, your overlay on every loop, from S$800 nett.

What's included

Loops that guests actually post.

A GIF booth lives or dies on two things: how good people look, and how fast the file reaches their phone. Ours is set up, lit and staffed by an RS booth specialist — because an animated capture is still photography, and flat lighting ruins it in every frame of the loop. Every GIF and boomerang station comes with:

  • Open-air setup with studio-grade lighting and backdrop
  • GIF and boomerang capture modes in one station
  • Branded digital overlay on every loop, approved by you first
  • Instant sharing straight to guests' phones
  • Dedicated RS booth specialist hosting guests all night
  • Digital copies of every session, delivered after the event

Capture modes

One station, every kind of loop.

GIF A short burst of frames stitched into a looping animation — guests strike a different pose in each frame, so the result reads like a mini flip-book. The mode that rewards the most creative groups.
Boomerang One rapid burst played forwards then backwards for that instantly recognisable snap-back loop. Zero instructions needed — guests know exactly what to do the moment they step in.
Branded overlay Your logo, event identity and hashtag designed into an animated overlay and approved by you before the night — so every loop that lands on a feed carries your brand with it.
Add instant prints Pair the animated modes with a classic instant print layout from the same open-air setup — social reach for the feed, plus something physical for guests to take home. See all booth formats →
Bundle with coverage best value Add the booth to your event photography or video booking — one crew, one invoice, and bundle pricing that beats booking separately. See event coverage →

Why RS

Booked by teams who care how the loop looks.

01

Lit for motion

Flat light is unforgiving once people start moving. Our stations are lit like a portrait studio, so guests look good in every frame of the loop — and post it instead of burying it.

02

Your brand on every loop

Animated overlays designed to your event identity and approved by you before the night — never a stock template with your logo squeezed into a corner.

03

One team, whole event

Booth, photographers and videographers from a single company rated 4.9★ across 298 Google reviews — no juggling three vendors on event day.

Digital-first

Built for activations that live online.

The GIF and boomerang booth is the format we recommend when the goal is reach rather than takeaways. Animated captures go straight to guests' phones for instant posting — the format that puts your event hashtag on feeds while the party is still running. With no prints to meter, the station keeps a fast rhythm even at peak queue, which suits product launches, roadshows and brand nights where the backdrop and overlay are part of the campaign.

If your campaign calls for a fully themed build, our branded activation format adds a custom backdrop, overlay, print layout and a data-light guest flow designed around your campaign — worth raising at briefing if your sponsor team wants more than reach. And because every session also lands in your event gallery — online for 30 days — your marketing team gets the full set afterwards, not just what guests chose to share. On our EXPRESS 24 timeline, first edited selects arrive within the hour and the full gallery within 24 hours; standard delivery is 48 hours.

On the night

How the booth actually runs at a corporate event.

The difference between a booth that draws a queue and one that sits empty is almost always operational, not technical. This is the sequence we run:

  1. Load-in and set-up — we arrive early enough to be fully built and test-looped before your first guest walks in, never during reception.
  2. Reception window — the booth opens with the doors. The first loops reach feeds while guests are still arriving, which is exactly when your hashtag needs them.
  3. Programme pause — during speeches and the award segment the booth goes quiet by design, so nothing competes with the stage.
  4. Post-dinner surge — the second and larger rush, once tables break. Boomerangs go out fastest here, and the attendant keeps the queue moving.
  5. Teardown — struck after your close, not before, so late guests are never turned away.

Booking the booth alongside your event photography or event videography means one crew, one invoice and one run sheet — and the booth captures land in the same gallery as the coverage.

FAQ

GIF & boomerang booths, answered.

What's the difference between a GIF and a boomerang?

A GIF stitches a short burst of frames into a looping animation, so guests can change poses frame by frame. A boomerang plays one rapid burst forwards then backwards for that snap-back loop. Our station captures both, and your branded overlay sits on every version.

How do guests receive their GIFs and boomerangs?

Straight to their phones at the booth, ready to post while the event is still running. Every capture is also delivered digitally in your event gallery afterwards, and delivered galleries stay online for 30 days.

Can the GIFs carry our event branding or hashtag?

Yes. Send us your logo, theme and hashtag, and we design the animated overlay to match — approved by you before the event, so every loop that reaches a feed carries your identity.

How much does a GIF photo booth cost in Singapore?

Booth packages start from S$800 nett. The final figure depends on hours, the capture modes you want and whether you add prints or a fully branded build. Every quote is nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added — and you receive a fixed price within one business day.

Can we add instant prints to a GIF and boomerang booth?

Yes, and many clients pair the two: animated captures for social reach, plus a classic instant print layout so guests leave with something physical. Both run from the same open-air setup under one quote.

Is the booth staffed, or dropped off and left?

Staffed, always. Your booth is set up, lit and hosted by our own RS booth specialist — the same in-house standard we hold for event photography — so the queue keeps moving and guests are never left poking at a screen.

How much space and power does the booth need?

A standard 13A power point and a footprint of about two by two metres — more if you want a full backdrop. Allow about an hour on site before guests arrive for setup and a test run.

Can we bundle the GIF booth with event photography or video?

That's how most clients book it. One crew, one invoice, one point of contact — and bundle pricing is better than booking the two separately. The booth captures land in the same gallery as your event coverage.
