360 photo booth rental in Singapore — the slow-motion clip your guests queue for.
A guest steps onto the platform, the camera arm orbits, and a branded slow-motion video lands on their phone before they leave the queue. Our own rig, run by our own crew — from S$800 nett.
How it works
One spin. One slow-motion clip built for sharing.
A 360 photo booth films instead of printing. The guest — or a small group — stands on a circular platform while a camera arm orbits them at speed. The footage is played back in silky slow motion, wrapped in your branded overlay and music, and sent straight to their phone. Ours is an in-house rig run by an RS booth specialist, so it is lit, hosted and managed to the same standard as the rest of our photography. Every booking includes:
- Our own 360 rig and platform, operated by an RS booth specialist
- Orbiting camera arm filming at high frame rate for smooth slow motion
- Branded motion overlay and music, approved by you before the night
- Clips sent straight to guests' phones before they leave the queue
- Every clip delivered again in your online event gallery
- Set-up, a test spin and teardown handled outside your programme

Venue checklist
The numbers your venue coordinator will ask for.
Ballroom and function-room teams ask the same three questions about every 360 video booth: how much space, how much power, and how long to set up. Here are our answers — the same figures we plan our other booth setups around — so you can clear the station with your venue in one email.
| Floor space | A clear footprint of roughly 3m × 3m for the platform, the orbiting arm and lighting — plus room nearby for the queue, because this station draws one. |
|---|---|
| Power | One standard 13A power point within reach of the station. We bring our own extensions and cable covers. |
| Flooring | A level, stable surface. Ballroom carpet is fine; raised stages, ramps or uneven outdoor ground are worth flagging at briefing. |
| Ceiling | Standard ballroom height is ample. Low decorative installations directly above the station are the only thing to flag. |
| Set-up time | Allow about an hour on site before guests arrive for the build, lighting and a test spin — always outside your programme. |
| Teardown | Struck after your close, not before, so late guests are never turned away. |
Sharing & delivery
From the platform to their feed in minutes.
A 360 clip only earns its keep if it actually gets shared, so the delivery flow is designed around the guest's phone — not a download link sent a week later.
- The spin — the attendant stages each guest or group on the platform, cues the arm and keeps the line moving, so a spin takes moments rather than minutes.
- On-the-spot processing — the footage is slowed, trimmed and wrapped in your branded overlay and music right at the station.
- Straight to their phone — guests receive their clip before they leave the queue, in vertical format ready for Instagram Stories, Reels and TikTok.
- The full set afterwards — every clip is delivered again in your online event gallery alongside the photography, and the gallery stays online for 30 days.
Booking the booth with your event photography or event videography puts the clips and the coverage in one gallery — and on EXPRESS 24, the full gallery lands within 24 hours.
Where it earns its spot
Built for corporate dinners, galas and launches.
Corporate dinners & D&Ds
The 360 booth opens with the reception and peaks in the post-dinner surge, once tables break. It gives colleagues a reason to mix — and gives the organiser clips that circulate on office chats for weeks.
Galas & award nights
Gowns and suits were made for slow motion. At black-tie events the 360 station doubles as entertainment: half the fun is watching the spin, the other half is sharing it.
Launches & activations
Every clip carries your overlay, so each share is a branded asset your guests distribute for you — campaign-ready video, produced live on your show floor.
One crew
Booth, photographers and videographers — one company.
Most 360 booths in Singapore arrive with a separate operator you have to coordinate on the night. Ours does not. The rig is our own equipment and the attendant is part of the same 10-person in-house crew that shoots 150–160 assignments a month — so the 360 booth, the photographers and the videographers go on one quote, one invoice and one run sheet, with one point of contact. 360 photo booth packages start from S$800 nett; RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added, and you receive a fixed quote within one business day.
Want prints as well as clips? Many dinners pair the 360 booth with a classic instant print station, or add it to corporate and gala event coverage.
FAQ
The 360 booth, answered.
How much does a 360 photo booth cost in Singapore?
Our 360 photo booth packages start from S$800 nett, with the final figure depending on booking hours and whether you bundle it with event photography or videography. Every quote is nett — RS Photography is not GST-registered, so no GST is added — and you receive a fixed price within one business day.
How much space does a 360 photo booth need?
Plan for a clear footprint of roughly three by three metres — enough for the platform, the orbiting camera arm and lighting — plus room nearby for the queue. It is the same footprint we plan our other booth setups around, and most hotel ballrooms and function rooms take it comfortably.
What power supply does the booth need?
One standard 13A power point within reach of the station. We bring our own extensions and cable covers, and we confirm the exact position with your venue coordinator before the event.
How do guests receive their 360 videos?
Each clip is sent straight to the guest's phone before they leave the queue, already branded and in vertical format for Instagram Stories, Reels and TikTok. After the event, every clip is delivered again in your online gallery alongside the event photos, and the gallery stays online for 30 days.
Is the 360 rig your own equipment or rented in?
It is our own rig, operated by our own crew — the same in-house team that shoots the event. There is no third-party operator on your floor, and the booth goes on the same quote, invoice and run sheet as your coverage.
How many people can go on the platform at once?
A single guest or a small group — the attendant stages each spin so everyone stays in frame and within the platform's safe limit. Group spins are usually the clips that get shared most, so we encourage colleagues to go up together.
How long does setup take?
Allow about an hour on site before guests arrive for the build, lighting and a test spin. Load-in and teardown are scheduled outside your programme, so the booth is ready before your first guest walks in and struck only after your close.
Can we run the 360 booth alongside event photography or another booth?
Yes — that is how most clients book it. The 360 rig, the other booth formats and the photographers all come from one company, so you get one crew, one invoice and one point of contact, and every capture lands in the same gallery. Many dinners pair the 360 booth with a classic instant print station so guests leave with a clip and a print.
