Event photography at Suntec Singapore.
Suntec's strength is flow — concourses, foyers and meeting rooms that keep delegates moving between sessions. It is a venue that rewards a crew who plan for movement, not just for the stage.

Track record
Where we have actually worked in this building.
Suntec is not one room, and knowing which part of it your event sits in changes the plan. Our assignments here have run across the Summit rooms on Level 3, the Level 3 meeting rooms, Level 4 and the exhibition halls in the 403–406 range — international medical and surgical congresses, technology and HR festivals, food and beverage trade shows, industry summits, seminars and community events.
| Part of the building | What tends to run there | How we crew it |
|---|---|---|
| Summit rooms, Level 3 | Seminars, awards, association meetings | One photographer, roaming between plenary and refreshment breaks |
| Level 3 meeting rooms | Parallel breakout tracks | A photographer per concurrent room — see conference photography |
| Level 4 & Halls 403–406 | Congresses and exhibition floors | Stage coverage plus a floor roamer for booths and sponsors — see exhibition photography |
| Concourses and foyers | Networking, registration, sponsor activations | A dedicated roamer; the concourses are where the networking frames come from |
Named clients we can publish from this venue include MP International and NTU. MP International has re-booked us here for consecutive editions of the same show — see repeat bookings.

Planning notes
What we plan differently here.
Suntec's glass-lit concourses are bright and busy, so we budget generous roaming coverage here — handshakes and conversations in those spaces are the frames marketing teams tend to ask for. Distances between Level 3 rooms and the Level 4 halls are real, so a multi-track programme needs its crew assigned by room before the day, not improvised on it. And because show schedules have no slack, the delivery clock matters: EXPRESS 24™ gets selects out within the hour.
Other venues: Marina Bay Sands · Singapore EXPO · hotel ballrooms. Venue-by-venue lighting notes are in our venue photography guide. Published pricing is on the rates page.
FAQ
Shooting at Suntec, answered.
Have you worked at Suntec Singapore before?
Regularly. Our assignments there have run across Level 3 and Level 4, the Summit rooms, Halls 403 to 406 and the meeting rooms on Level 3, covering international congresses, technology festivals, trade shows, seminars and awards nights.
Does shooting at Suntec cost more than another venue?
No. Venue changes the plan, not the rate. Photography starts from S$600 nett for a short single-photographer assignment and S$1,180 nett for a full day with a crew — the same published rates we quote anywhere in Singapore.
Can you cover several halls or rooms running at the same time?
Yes, and Suntec programmes often need it. We size the crew to your run sheet — a photographer per concurrent room, plus a roamer working the concourses, where much of Suntec's best material actually happens.
Can we publish photos while the show is still running at Suntec?
Yes. EXPRESS 24™ puts first edited selects with your team within the hour and the full gallery within 24 hours, which on a multi-day show means day-one photos are working for you on day two.
Do you cover exhibitions and trade shows at Suntec, not just conferences?
Both. Exhibition floors, exhibitor booths and show dailies run through our exhibition coverage; plenary and breakout programmes run through our conference crews. Most Suntec bookings involve some of each, on one run sheet.
