Event photography at Marina Bay Sands.
Sands Expo's halls are built for the wide shot — enormous LED walls, deep stages, and a scale that rewards a crew who scouted the room before your delegates arrived. We work these halls year-round.

Planning the coverage
A hall this size is a crew question.
Booking a large hall is a decision about scale, and scale is answered with people, not equipment lists. Our sizing rule holds everywhere in Singapore — a photographer for each concurrent room, plus a roamer for foyers, registration and the conversations between sessions — but across a floor plan this size the roamer earns their place twice over, because the distance between the stage, the sponsor tables and the entrance is itself part of the story your stakeholders want to see.
What the venue changes is the plan, not the rate. Our published rates start from S$600 nett for a short single-photographer assignment and S$1,180 nett for a full day with a crew — the same figures we quote from anywhere. For how the light actually behaves in these halls, and the same notes for Suntec, Singapore EXPO and hotel ballrooms, read the venue photography guide.
| What you are running | How we crew and deliver it |
|---|---|
| One main hall | A photographer on the programme, plus a roamer once the room exceeds a single sightline |
| Concurrent breakouts | One photographer per room and a roamer across the floor — see conference photography |
| Photography and film together | One in-house crew, one run sheet, one producer — see event videography |
| Publishing while the show runs | EXPRESS 24™: first edited selects within the hour, full gallery within 24 hours |

Frames from the halls, not a stock library.
Every photograph below was made by our own crew inside Marina Bay Sands — main stages, exhibition floors, concourse networking and VIP walkthroughs. It is the same range your programme is likely to need, and the reason we can plan the day before we walk in. The first three frames are from the HSMAI Commercial Strategy Conference, which we covered here in 2026.

Programme fit
Whatever runs in the hall, one crew covers it.
Conferences and summits run through our conference photography crews; exhibitions and trade floors through exhibition coverage; galas and dinners through corporate event coverage. Organisers running full show cycles start at MICE event media — photography, video, streaming and booths on one run sheet. Published pricing is on the rates page.
FAQ
Shooting at MBS, answered.
Do you shoot at Marina Bay Sands often?
Constantly — Sands Expo's ballrooms and convention halls are among Singapore's most-booked business venues, and our crew works them year-round. We know the halls, the light and the house rhythm before your event starts.
Does shooting at MBS cost more?
Rarely. Venue changes the plan, not the price — where the light comes from, how far the crew moves, how many photographers the scale deserves. Rates start from S$600 nett; see our published rates.
How do you handle the LED walls and dark halls?
Sands Expo stages are LED-wall territory: enormous screens, deep stages, dark walls. We expose for the screen and let the room fall into that premium darkness — it is what makes speakers pop and the room look the way organisers imagine it.
Can we get photos out while the event is still running at MBS?
Yes — EXPRESS 24™ puts first edited selects with your team within the hour, on site, and the full gallery within 24 hours. For multi-day shows, that means day-one photos power day-two marketing.
